Please let the bride or groom know no later than March 15th if your plans have changed. We pay a generous price per person to ensure that you have a great experience. If you no longer plan to attend, informing us is a gift.

Guests are expected to arrive at 3:00pm. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure the ceremony is not disrupted.

If you did not RSVP, we will graciously accept that as an indication that you are unable to join our union. We will only have accommodations for confirmed guests at the wedding.

Only if your invitation indicates a plus one. Due to guest limit and budget, unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional people. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only, people who are not on our guest list will not be admitted.

Only children age 10 or older can attend the ceremony as guests. Guests with additional RSVPs are permitted to register children. Guests with babies will be asked to wait in a waiting area for your convenience during the ceremony.

Our theme is a royal, black tie occasion. Consider a floor length ball gown or tuxedo. Formal african attire is welcome as well.

No shuttle buses or transportation of any kind will be provided for guests. Guests are expected to arrange their own transportation to and from the venue and be mindful to drink responsibly.

Yes. There is free parking on the premises, guests may take advantage of our complimentary valet service or self-parking.

Both recommended hotels have reached or are nearing capacity. However, there are a host of options available in the Yonkers/NYC area. Please keep in mind that check-in on the same day as the wedding is after the guest arrival time and you may want to consider early check-in availability.

A coat room will be available for guests and venue staff will be on duty. However, we are not responsible for any lost or missing items.

We will have food available for all, please inform servers of any dietary restrictions.
